- From 15.00 to 17.00, our focus is on setting up tables etc. This means that everyone entering the halls is agreeing to help with this – so if you don’t want to help (which is totally ok – but we would love all the help vi can get ) please don’t enter the halls before 17.00.
If you enter before 17.00, all your luggage and models must be put in a designated area. At 17.00, or before if we are done with setup of the tables, you can start setting up your models
** Details about the dinner:
There will be a small guided walk in Trondheim lasting about 30 minutes (and this time, Kevin, it will be flat). For those who are not able to participate in the walk, please take contact and we will give you directions.
Dinner will be served ca. 19.30, but it is possible to leave whenever you like.
During dinner there will be an auction, a small award ceremony, some fun and… well… food!
*** Our MOC Spotlight Sessions are five individual sessions where builders do a short 10-15 minute presentation about their MOC(s) + a 5-minute Q&A session, all at the table where the MOC(s) is/are on display. These five sessions will run in parallel, once from 10.00 to 10.20, and then again from 10.30 to 10.50 – in other words, you can pick two of the five sessions, one for each time slot. The five featured builders are:
