We are really, really sorry about the issues we had with the event set.
Some sets were missing a bag, and due to incorrect lists, some of you did not get the set at all. Hopefully we have everything shipped soon, so everyone can build the skyline of the best city in the world! !
We believe we know what set numbers are missing bags, and those sets are most likely given out to Norwegians. But since there might have been an error while handing them out, we send this email to everyone - even if you did not order it, just to make sure everyone get the information.
The missing bag should include the black 1x8 tile with “Trondheim” on it.
If you are missing other pieces, and do not have them in your own collection and need them to be shipped, please let us know.
